Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email or our returns portal.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
